Since we provide accurate descriptions and images of each item, we cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections.
Please note because most items are pre-loved and vintage, they may have slight imperfections due to age and wear. We do our best to list any and all flaws in the item description. However, we may overlook small flaws.
We try to show the exact colour however colours may differ slightly, depending on your computer or phone and monitor settings.
With *tags attached* items we offer a 7 day refund. For a refund, exchange or return you will need to send an email to email@example.com with the invoice/order number with a request for either a refund or exchange. Returns are at the expense of the sender and we will issue you with a return address.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
